Refund policy
Any and all products that are damaged during shipping are subject to a refund. Custom order items that a delivered, but do not fit to the agreed size are subject to a return and resize but not a refund. Items damaged after receiving product does not guarantee a refund but feel free to contact shop through contact form. Digital products (Patterns) can not be refunded but can be corrected and resent to customer. Any questions or concerns may be submitted through contact form so that a solution can be met.
